新文档模板

使用说明

  1. 将此文件 duplicate 到Repo的根目录，并且重命名为一个合适的名字（不要删除原template）。
  2. 替换第三第四行的 网页title 和 permalink 成对应新文档的合适名字。
  3. Markdown源代码每行原则上不超过100个字符，最多不超过120个字符，添加链接时除外。
  4. 所有增加新文档的操作请在 Branch 上编写，完成后于GitHub上发起Pull Request， 请保证至少添加了 TrotylTN 作为该PR的reviewer。 请不要 直接commit新文档到master。

删除使用说明跟这一行后，从这里开始编写正文，目录将根据Headings自动生成。
